1. Definitions

In these Terms, "Service" refers to the courses and website operated by Latent Studio. "User", "you", or "learner" refers to anyone accessing the website or enrolled in a course. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Latent Studio. "Content" refers to lessons, notebooks, and materials provided as part of a course. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Our courses are intended for individuals aged 18 or older who have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

3. Service Description

Latent Studio provides online courses in AI development, including the Foundations of AI Course, Neural Networks Track, and Applied AI Portfolio Studio. Course availability, content, and mentor scheduling may vary and are not guaranteed to remain identical over time. Our services are offered to learners worldwide, subject to local law.

4. Enrolment and Accounts

Where enrolment requires providing personal details, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping any related access details secure. We may suspend or terminate access to a course in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use course materials for personal learning purposes only
• Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish course content
• Engage respectfully with mentors and other learners in shared spaces
• Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the website or its systems

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, notebooks, and website content remain the intellectual property of Latent Studio unless stated otherwise. Enrolling in a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning. Project work you create during a course remains yours, though we may request permission to reference completed work anonymously for illustrative purposes.

7. Payment Terms

Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and displayed clearly before enrolment. Payment is due at the time of enrolment unless otherwise agreed. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, generally within fourteen days of enrolment provided course materials have not been substantially accessed.

8. Course-Specific Terms

Completion of a course is based on finishing the required lessons, notebooks, or project milestones as outlined for that course. A shareable completion record may be issued on finishing, reflecting the work completed rather than an external accreditation. Course pacing is flexible, but extended inactivity may affect access to live sessions or mentor availability tied to a specific cohort.

9. Disclaimers

Our Service is provided "as is". While we aim to deliver clear, well-structured courses, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment results, or project results, as these depend significantly on individual effort and circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Latent Studio's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Latent Studio against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. We may suspend or end your access to course materials in cases of violation of these Terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties. If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

14. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Latent Studio regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
